Download the Intermundial App and install your eSIM before your trip.
- Access to your own insurance coverage agreed within the app.
- Follow the instructions for installation from the app and via e-mail and WhatsApp.

Configuring the destination data
- Go to Settings > Cellular Data and select eSIM as the main line.
- Do not forget to disable roaming on the physical SIM and enable it on the eSIM.

How much time do I have to activate the eSIM once I have received it?
You have up to 180 days from the time you receive the eSIM to activate it. It is not necessary to install it immediately: you can do it at any time during this period, at the beginning of the trip or shortly before departure.
Can I keep my existing phone number with the eSIM?
Yes, the use of an eSIM does not affect your existing phone number. You can continue to use your main number for calls and text messages, using your mobile data at the same time.
Cosa succede se utilizzo i 100 MB inclusi?
When the included 100 MB are available, you simply need to have a connection. You will not see it automatically added. You will receive a notification on your cell phone to inform you that you have reached your limit. If you wish, you can extend the tariff and stipulate a contract with more data, but only if you decide to do so. No defaults are activated and costs are not supported without your consent.
