Who should apply for reimbursement?

Reimbursement must be requested by the insured, i.e. the policyholder, by registering the claim in "Create claim".

How long do I have to report an incident?

We have a period of 2 years from the occurrence to claim reimbursement, during which time the insurance will remain visible on your profile.

Why do I have a draft claim?

You have initiated an incident and it is incomplete in terms of data or documentation. Check the "i" if you have any doubts. You can discard it with "Delete draft".
