At Intermundial, we are constantly innovating and improving our users' experience. That's why we're launching new features in Safer, streamlining and optimizing daily management with faster and more efficient searches.

Your favorite policies, more accessible than ever

With "Favorites," you can select any product from your portfolio and pin it to the top of the screen with a single click. This way, your preferred policies will always be accessible:

1. Identify the most frequently used products in your insurance portfolio.
2. Click the pin icon in the top right corner of each one.
3. They are automatically placed at the top of the Safer panel.

Quickly locate all information for your contracted policies, quotes, and my cases

Finding everything you need is now faster and simpler thanks to Safer's new filters. This feature allows you to search using two types of filters: predefined and generic.

Defaults

At the top of the "My Cases" and "Contracted Policies" sections, you'll find predefined filters that allow you to view, with a single click, all cases or policies sharing the following characteristics.

My Cases

We have designed four filters based on the most common processing statuses. This allows you to view, with a single click, all your claims and inquiries that are:

• In progress
• Pending documentation
• Closed
• Last 60 days

Contracted Policies

Find all canceled policies with a single click by selecting the predefined filter:

General:

Locate a contracted policy, case, or quote by selecting one or several of the 8 available filters and streamline your searches based on the following parameters, defined according to your business's main variables.

• Case parameters: case number / processing status
• Insured party parameters: insured name / ID number
• Policy parameters: policy number / locator / agency reference / travel date
