At Intermundial we are in a constant process of innovation and improvement of our users' experience. Therefore, we are launching new functionalities in Safer, streamlining and optimizing daily management with faster and more efficient searches.
Your favorite insurances, more accessible than ever
With "Favorites" you can choose any product from your portfolio and pin it to the top of the screen with a click. This way, you will always have your favorite insurances within easy reach:
- Identify the most used products in your insurance portfolio.
- Click on the thumbtack at the top right of each one.
- They are automatically placed at the top of the Safer panel.
Quickly locate all the information on your Insurance contracts, Quotes and My Cases.
Finding everything you need is now faster and easier thanks to Safer's new filters. This functionality allows you to search using two types of filters: default and generic.
Default
At the top of the "My cases" and "Insurance contracted" sections you will find predetermined filters that will allow you, with a click, to view all the cases or insurance policies that share the following characteristics.
My cases
We have designed four filters based on the most common processing statuses. This way, you will be able to visualize, in one click, all your claims and queries:
- In process
- Pending documentation
- Closed
- Last 60 days
Insurance contracted
Locate in one click all insurance policies that have been cancelled by selecting the default filter:
- Insurance cancelled
Generic:
Locate an insurance contract, case or quote by selecting one or more of the 8 available filters and streamline your searches based on the following parameters, defined according to the main variables of your business.
- Case parameters: case number / processing status
- Insured's parameters: Insured's name/ID card number
- Insurance parameters: policy number / locator / agency reference / date of travel
