Through this Legal Notice for the website: https://www.intermundial.es/ (hereinafter, collectively, the “Website”), we inform you of your rights and obligations regarding the content available on the Website and the logos and trademarks used therein, as well as the responsibilities that may arise from its use.

10. Legislación aplicable y jurisdicción
Current regulations will determine the applicable laws and jurisdiction governing the relationship between our users and us. However, whenever such regulations allow for submission to a specific jurisdiction, for any litigious matter arising from or related to the services we provide through the Website, the Spanish legislation in force at the time of the dispute shall apply, and the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid shall have jurisdiction over such litigious matter.
