The traveler can request medical assistance by videoconsultation immediately or by scheduling an appointment.

Remote medical consultation
The healthcare professional evaluates the traveler's symptoms and communicates a diagnosis in real time in Spanish, Portuguese or English.

Delivery of medical report and prescriptions
After diagnosis, the traveler receives a digital medical report and, if necessary, prescriptions are sent in the format and language of the country where the traveler is located.

Post-assistance coordination (if necessary)
If the physician deems that in-person medical attention is required, a protocol of assistance for the traveler is automatically activated.
